RANT OF THE CENTURY:
WHAT the HELL is our school trying to do??? What have we become? A school severely lacking in good disciplining judgment, and intelligence anymore? yups...and i feel the census agrees with me.
comonnnn...WHYYY do they let people like Mrs. Deville teach english? does she really believe that her class is the only one i'm taking this year? puh-lease. ...anytime she wants to give us official "English Department" permission to cut our umbilical cords is cool with me. And...please, someone answer this for me, WHY do they let the 4 english teachers we have call themselves the "English Department"...? every time i hear that i am hard-pressed not to burst out in laughter. *LoL* they act like they're teaching college or somethin...OH WAIT, that would require treating us like adults. so NEVERMIND, i withdraw that last statement. Coming up to the school at 7:15 on a "WEDNESDAY" morning to retake a test for the "English Department" is utterly embarrassing. i mean, REALLY. they are truly doing nothing more than making a spectacle out of their unintelligent judgment. 7:15 is NOT convenient on a wednesday morning. or on ANY morning for that matter. and if this rule does incidentally remain in effect for longer than 4 weeks (thats all i'll give it after an army of mothers without kids on spirit group teams storm the office) <-(thats who controls this school, right?) then i'll
personally bend and curve the system back to the majority's liking. that i promise. ya know, sometimes...i think they should let a junior be student council pres. now, absolutely by no means do i intend to berate kalena busby. (i love tha gurl) but really, by this point, most seniors are mainly concerned no longer about River Oaks, but rather looking to future educational establishments. juniors i think would be more prone to stirring things up, shaking them around a little. (or at least i am) because we know that if we don't change things to our liking NOW, then our senior years will be ~BLAH~ .....ANYWAYS, back to the subject at hand. the homework thing is def. a major issue, and the makeup thing is even worse. but i feel we can disengage both with a little effort from everyone. well, i think i'm gonna leave this blog on a positive note. enough ranting for the hour. as for now,
